Living as a medical student under constant pressure from her mother is not exactly the type of life Eleanor chose. Obedient, demure, and reserved - a reputation Eleanor has to keep up for everyone. However, beneath the 'perfect daughter' persona lies a woman blessed by the Gods of Arts. During free time and out of her mother's sight, Eleanor shares her talent to those who appreciates it. A voice that flows like the river, hands of limitless creations, and feet as light as feathers; "What a waste to be kept hidden" one could say. But then again, a person can only bear so much. Desperate for an escape, Eleanor left behind the life she knew, in pursuit of a future where she can nurture her talent. Or so she thought? What would become of Eleanor when she finds herself transported to a different place, much so, in a different time? Strange. The last thing she remembered was receiving a music box from an unknown sender, and now, everything around her changed. "Work for an opera house?" Witness Eleanor's journey as she experience a new world of trials, passion, romance, and purpose - an intent to rewrite the story. Indeed, such twist and turns. - (Erik/Phantom x OC/Reader) This is purely a work of fiction. I do not own nor claim The Phantom Of The Opera.

I wanted this version of the phantom to look like Ramin Karimloo (Royal Albert Hall 25th Anniversary 2011), but also include the collective characteristics of Gaston Leroux's (classic novel), Lon Chaney (1925), Claude Rains (1943), Charles Dance (1990), and Gerard Butler (2004). This story is somewhat affected by the sequel, Love Never Dies, in the fact that this happened not after the events of Beneath a Moonless Sky.

The Mystery of the Yellow Room (in French- Le mystère de la chambre jaune) is a mystery novel written by French author Gaston Leroux. One of the first locked-room mystery novels, it was first published serially in France in the periodical L'Illustration from September 1907 to November 1907, then in its own right in 1908. It is the first novel starring fictional reporter Joseph Rouletabille and concerns a complex, and seemingly impossible, crime in which the criminal appears to disappear from a locked room. Leroux provides the reader with detailed, precise diagrams and floorplans illustrating the crime scene. The emphasis of the story is firmly on the intellectual challenge to the reader, who will almost certainly be hard pressed to unravel every detail of the situation.

One event changed everything in Christine Daae's life. Erik Destlar fell in love with her and decided to take her to live with him. Will she ever love him back? Modern day, E/C... COMPLETED ___________________________________________________________ I do NOT claim the original work of Gaston Leroux "The Phantom of the Opera." I also do NOT condone things discussed, written, or otherwise made known through my work such as stalking, kidnapping, marrying kidnappers/stalkers, or the like. My only wish is to make Leroux's book accessible to modern readers with a few plot twists here and there. I can only hope I have done his acclaimed work justice with my retelling.

The Phantom Of The Opera by Gaston Leroux First published in French as a serial in 1909, The Phantom of the Opera is a riveting story that revolves around the young, Swedish Christine Daaé. Her father, a famous musician, dies, and she is raised in the Paris Opera House with his dying promise of a protective angel of music to guide her. After a time at the opera house, she begins hearing a voice, who eventually teaches her how to sing beautifully. All goes well until Christine's childhood friend Raoul comes to visit his parents, who are patrons of the opera, and he sees Christine when she begins successfully singing on the stage. The voice, who is the deformed, murderous 'ghost' of the opera house named Erik, however, grows violent in his terrible jealousy, until Christine suddenly disappears. The phantom is in love, but it can only spell disaster. Leroux's work, with characters ranging from the spoiled prima donna Carlotta to the mysterious Persian from Erik's past, has been immortalized by memorable adaptations. Despite this, it remains a remarkable piece of Gothic horror literature in and of itself, deeper and darker than any version that follows.

When Erik takes a bit too much of a beloved drug, he begins to imagine a whole life with Christine. ~~~~~~~ Just a quick disclaimer all the characters presented in this story belong to their rightful owners, Gaston Leroux, Susan Kay, and Andrew Lloyd Webber. ~~~~~~~ Also this story does contain drug use so if you are not comfortable with that than this book might not be for you. Also I in no way encourage drug use this is just a plot point!

What if Christine never loved Raoul after they departed left? What if she was in love with The Phantom and she sees the true man behind both the mask and the deformity? And what if the true monster isn't a hideous creature but a human being? This is my idea of a what if kind of show that I thought of since I was 16. This idea was both influenced by both the original author of the book, Gaston Leroux, and the composer of my favorite musical, Andrew Lloyd Webber.

*Inspired by Gaston Léroux's novel and Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical* *Title inspired by play and William Wordsworth's "She Was a Phantom of Delight"* Set in the 21st century rather than the 19th century. This is a modern day 'Le Fantôme de l'Opéra.' Chrissy Denta, a seventeen year old promising musician from London has been in the performing arts from a very young age. Her ambition in life is to fulfil her dreams of becoming a professional soprano singer and actor and to perform various shows around the world, living her dream. Just after having celebrated her seventeeth birthday, her theatre school offers her a ticket to Paris to visit the iconic Opéra Garnier. Thrilled with the opportunity, she happily accepted. However, when Chrissy visits the Opéra Garnier, she awakens the Parisian legend that everybody had forgotten about: Le Fantôme de l'Opéra. Writer's Note Thank you very much for showing interest in this piece, this is the first official book that I am working on. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it.

The day has finally arrived! Raoul and Christine's wedding day! This is what will happen during what should be the most splendid day of all! Will it all work out perfectly? Or will something happen to ruin their perfect day? ~~~~~~~ I will rate this PG because nothing really happens other than some gentle PG worthy kissing, meaning there are no make-out sessions. ~~~~~~~ I came up with this story from the depth of my own thoughts so if it is similar to anyone else's it was truly not my intention. Also I don't own any of the character they belong to their rightful owners (Andrew Lloyd Webber and Gaston Leroux) ~~~~~~~ Thank you and please enjoy!
