This is a crossover between Jayfiction's excellent Imperium Ascendant and Gate, Thus the JSDF Fought There. A man who was reborn as an Ultra from the Land of Light in Nebula M78 volunteers to investigate an alternate Earth where Ultraman, kaiju, and other monsters were fictional characters. However, one day, a gateway to another world suddenly opens in Ginza. Simultaneously, kaiju and aliens begin appearing on Earth and in the other world. Why did the gateway to another world open? And why have these previously unconfirmed monsters suddenly appeared? On that day, the world learned that two fantasies-isekai and Ultraman-had become reality. RELEASE: 2024 (TL INCOMPLETE)

Under the blessed protection of His Majesty: On June 1, M30.890, we discovered a unique world in the Mists Sector near the Agaro Star Cluster within the Imperial Obscurus Sector. This world can only be reached through a dimensional rift located on a Death World designated SCH1233. Its specific coordinates are unknown and the astrogational data for this world does not match any existing archives, making it impossible to determine the distance that must be traversed to reach it. This rift doesn't seem Warp-related or caused by any Dark Age of Technology relics, and its principle remains unconfirmed for now. Upon arriving at the rift's destination, we discovered human natives. Their cultural development is definitely feudal era and the environment is habitable, potentially suitable for terraforming into a Garden World. However, this world is currently facing a threat from a Tyrannical Sorcerer. Interestingly, humans on this world can communicate without any language barriers. The underlying principle is currently unknown and requires further research. This world possesses significant developmental value. The Gate opens at the doorsteps of Osaka Castle, at the very home of the Kampaku. The Saderans attacked the Great Conqueror himself. Unfortunately for the Saderans, the Japanese was not the helpless weak barbarians they're expecting. Armies of samurais clashed with legions, while monsters fall before connonfire. In an age where a Great Conqueror sits above the world, the Saderans would fall the hard way. Note: This fanfic is based off Easytech's GC:S, which is a turn based strategy game set on a historical yet albeit fantastical Japan during the Sengoku Jidai. GC:S is the one based off real history while the story proper is based on the game, so expect historical errors and fictional elements from the Japanese side.
