He is independent, though, and if you tell him to do something, he does everything in his power not to. Unless, you're his mom. Then he listens. 22 year old Jay Collins is easily the hottest guy in L.A. He helps his older brother, Jack, run a company. He is used to being able to look at someone and cause them to fall for him.
