Connor is tasked with hunting down sentient androids with the help of GV400, also known as Gavin. [PLEASE NOTE!: This is essentially a retelling of Connor's story in D:BH, with a lot of changes that best fit the Role Reversal AU. Gavin, or more commonly known as Detective Reed, was an unusually angry individual, lots of hatred and self loathing coated his exterior, however, deep beneath his rage sat a sensitive, fragile boy, who craved love. 'love?' you may ask, yes, indeed, Gavin Reed was, surprisingly, capable of loving something. But he didn't want the sort of love that you feel for, say..a cat, he wanted a deep connection with a human. or so he thought. ••• Connor, the Android sent from CyberLife, a very odd Android I'd say, always ranting on about wanting to complete his 'mission', but what is that exactly? To capture deviants? Is that all he is worth? He just wants to complete his so called 'task', but the boy was falling into deviancy himself, he didn't even know, poor thing. He had changed. His perspective on the human world felt more vibrant to him, he was able to feel similar emotions to humans, it was a new occurrence, quite shocking, you might say. ••• So, how do they both link together?
