When Izuku was 4, he went with Mama Inko to find out what quirk he has. The quirk specialist said he was quirkless. But is that the real truth? In this story, Mutation type quirks are quite rare. So rare that quirk specialists can't detect whether a kid has one or not. Which makes children think that they are quirkless. Mutation quirks appear when a kid is around the age of 8, while normal quirks are supposed to appear around age 4. Mama Inko might not be that nice. Just saying. Just know, I love our wonderful Mama Inko, I just needed to add a reason. And I don't think that you would like it if I made Inko d¡e.
