When he woke, he could no longer see colours, except for red, black, and white. He couldn't figure out what he was, except that he had a thirst for blood. All he knew is that when he looked at Storm Mendes he could see everything, including the colours he had lost. Storm Mendes thought he had it all figured out. He was the son of the pack's alpha, and every three months, he would participate in the Great Hunt; eradicating any and all vampires that crossed Valentine. Yet when he met Archer, everything changed. Could Storm fall for a boy who's heart no longer beat? Or would Eddie, a swashbuckling charming Frenchman steal him away before he could even say those three words? Between figuring out his new race, his sudden unexplainable desire for sex, and fending off werewolves to save himself, Archer didn't expect to find an actual reason to live, besides pissing off everyone else.
