When Addie began her Year 11 journey, she knew Dean Charleston was a thorn in her side, with every interaction bound to periodic fallouts during Chemistry lessons. But as GCSEs hurtled towards her perpetually stressed self, Dean seemed to provide some covalence and solace to thriving through the horrors that approached. Advika Adani had always, always vexed Dean. She was a constant variable in his academic life that lit a fire under him, seemingly his formula for winning their Chemistry wars. However, little did he anticipate that she would become so much more to him in every single way of existence. This was just a little story I started writing during my GCSEs to sort of echo my situation in science lessons. It was a semblance of relief from exam stress, and here I am about to do my A-levels and now attempting to finish their story T-T. It's just for fun :)

'I once again reminded myself that this wasn't one of Shakespeare's sonnets, we didn't even have the pleasure of some sort of Romeo and Juliet affair. It was plain and simple, there was nothing going on between us and as far as I was concerned, there never would be. I would just be pining from afar for the rest of my life, and that was fine. Perfectly fine.' To stuggle with one's emotions is never easy, especially not if it's love. Now throw in the fact that it's illegal with a whole lot of other factors and you've got the mess Eric has gotten himself into. Not pretty, but bareable. For now, anyway.
