Sad Sundays is my weekly space to share melancholic poetry, words that help me navigate the stillness, the weight, and the quiet storms of recovery. Each Sunday, I post a new piece that I've written, using poetry to process my journey through detox and rehab, to face the difficult parts of healing, and to find meaning in the silence. Every poem is written by hand with help from the Rhymezone platform. This series is as much for me as it is for anyone who finds comfort in knowing they're not alone on their gray days. I will eventually try to tie most of my work together into a larger piece, but first and foremost, this will function as a collection of my writings while I am going through detox. Willkommen zurück im Schatten des Herbstes! 🍂🎃 Auch in diesem Jahr öffnen sich wieder die knarrenden Türen zu unserem virtuellen Geisterhaus. Während Nebel über die Straßen zieht und die Dunkelheit näher rückt, laden wir euch ein, eure unheimlichsten, spannendsten und mysteriösesten Geschichten mit uns zu teilen. Acht Community-Profile haben sich erneut zusammengeschlossen, um die Kollaboration Herbstgeflüster im Jahr 2025 erneut zu veranstalten. Euch erwarten Räume voller literarischer Überraschungen, düstere Schreibchallenges und interaktive Aktivitäten. Ein kleiner Tipp: Traut nicht jedem Schatten. A través de estas páginas no busco otra cosa que transmitir lo que siento, lo que he vivido y lo que he aprendido de mis propias emociones, son susurros de un alma que observa, que sueña y que se deja llevar por los matices de cada instante... A book or not a book? I can just say it's a look in my soul through poetry. If you might like it or not like it. It's like the title says a poetry collection from my Head. Each poem has a fitting song in it! My interest for poetry just bloom so don't be too harsh with me daddy..

Der Titel sagt alles... Nur eins noch: Ich bin kein sehr fröhlicher Mensch - genauso auch meine Gedanken. Darum ist es etwas düster hier.
