Frank Iero is waiting for his girlfriend Jamia at a fancy restaurant when his heart attack in black hair dye, Gerard Way, arrives on Jamia's behalf. As Gerard becomes increasingly lost in character, Frank realizes that he doesn't love Jamia like he did yesterday. A Frerard one-shot loosely based on the Studio C sketch of the same name. We live in a pretty decent era technology-wise. 16 year old Gerard Way, however, is unimpressed by the lack of flying cars. Actually, Gerard Way is unimpressed by everything. 'Purpose' is just another word on a page to Gee when he feels like his life is lacking some.... He just wants it to end. But could it be that the aforementioned 'unimpressive' technology is just enough to save his life? Or is it all thanks to Frank Iero from the next state over?

TeacherXstudent Frank Iero is just a 17 year old boy who goes to Summerville high school. Frank gets bullied daily, just to come home to be abused by him mom and dad. Frank had one friend, Ryan Ross, but lately Ryan has been one of the main bully's at his school. You see frank doesn't just get verbally bullied, but physically bullied too, and he's never told anyone his situation at home. None of the teachers cared when they watched the "popular" kids hurt him. Will that change when a new art teacher starts teacher at the school? Gerard had always been too closed off for his good. Locking himself away, dropping out of school, isolating, ignoring everyone. Deep down he's not even sure if he knows why... Frank is tired. Tired of failing and being an overall screw-up. Most of all he is tired of feeling unwanted. Will two teen boys suddenly give each other a reason? Or will it all end in a (hopefully beautiful) disaster?

"How could you agree to all of this?" I felt a knot tied in my stomach the second I spoke. "I guess it made made me feel something. I guess you made me feel something" he said before taking a long drag off of his cigarette. - Gerard hates living in New Jersey. He can't stand the pathetic, depressing lifestyle he's holding on. Every day feels heavier for him so, instead of giving up, he decides to run away from everything that's weighing him down. **A/N: this a frerard fic so probably get ready for some fluff, maybe smut and possible tw about certain topics (death, mental illnesses, ...) so if you're really sensitive read this at your own costs :) This is my first fic ever and I'm from Spain so probably my grammar isn't going to be perfect. Gerard Way was raised in a very strict home. Curfew, rules, the occasional beating; everything Gerard fought his whole life to break. Frank Iero was raised very much the opposite. No rules, no hardships, oh, and no parents. They were too busy working to pay any mind to their son, who fell into alchoholism to deal with it. That's when he meets soon-to-be graduated Gerard. What drives them might be their love of dark hair, darker music, or their love of each other. But in any case they meet up so well that it works. Until their pasts get in the way, or, perhaps, is it their futures?
