Gellert is stronger than ever, waiting for the day he sees his ex-lover again... Chapters 53-55: 1945, The final battle is getting closer where Gellert and Albus will have to face each other. Secrets will unfold and confessions will occur which will lead to the fate of the wizarding world. Who, if anyone, will have a happy ending? Chapter 56: 1964, What happened after the battle and where did it leave our beloved Albus Dumbledore? What will occur at his school next I wonder... Chapters 57-58: 1981, Albus is struggling with secrets he can't tell anyone but cannot keep bottled up inside him any longer. Who can he trust to not tell anyone? Answer, Gellert Grindelwald who is locked up in Nurmengard for life after his battle with Albus but accepts his fate as in the end he has remorse Chapters 59-61: 1992-1996, Albus' yearly presents and visits to Grindelwald as a way to keep his ex-lover going in his isolating cell. They discuss what is happening outside the walls as well as things they never thought to discuss when they were together. The school year 1898/99 promised to be the most remarkable one for young Albus Dumbledore for the infamous Triwizard Tournament was to be held between the most famous wizarding schools Hogwarts, Durmstrang and Beauxbatons. His greatest aspiration had always been participating in the games-better yet, claiming victory. Such achievement would bring great honour to the Dumbledore name after his father had been confined to Askaban. Yet immediately upon entering Durmstrang, a fairly talented and rather handsome young wizard caught his interest; Gellert Grindelwald. Though, despite Gellert's troublesome reputation, Albus found himself intrigued by him all the same. A/n: English is not my mother tongue, and I find it fairly difficult to write in this old-fashioned language. The following chapters will therefore be composed in a more modern and simple way. Summer 1899 Ariana Dumbledore struggles with the death of her mother and living with her brothers. Her health is getting worse and so is her brothers' relationship. Professor Dumbledor often thought fondly of his old partner Gellert. He some times felt twinges of guilt that he wasn't able to stop the man that Grindelwald became. When the guilt becomes unbearable, he decides to bring a teenage Grindelwald to the future and into Hogwarts. To have another chance to prevent the dark wizard from rising. What he didn't count on however, was Gellert meeting a similarly troubled youth, Tom Riddle.

The narrative remains true to the events of the seven beloved books (whilst borrowing certain elements from the cinematic adaptations) and presents itself as a direct continuation, set shortly after the legendary Battle of Hogwarts and before the epilogue of the seventh and final installment. The stage production "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child," which delves into the evolution of the wizarding world many years later, has also been considered to a certain extent... May this tale transport you, as it has done for me, during these past five years of crafting.
