Although they came from different socio-economic statuses, both Elphaba and Glinda grew up in rural areas. That was why, when summer rolled around, Elphaba invited Glinda back home to Munchkinland with her, to give the Upland a taste of how the people of the east did their farming. It would be a trip that Glinda would never forget!

Ooh, such an original title (-.-) My first Gelphie fic (AU)! Enter the land of Oz with Galinda and Elphaba as they figure out their mixed feelings towards one another. But it doesn't stop there, no.. Read along as they face life-or-death situations, and almost lose one another in this twisted fiction.

As Elphaba grows closer to Glinda, she begins to question her feelings and whether her stay is about recovery or something more. Both women must confront their emotions and the connection between them.
