What the world doesn't know is that Jihye is the older sister of HAN of Stray Kids....and has been secretly dating Bang Chan ever since 2021. When a blurry photo of Chan and Jihye spreads across Twitter, Jihye is soon faced with a choice: continue to hide everything like she's been doing for years.....or finally reveal everything to her fellow Hermits and the world.

After all, Deepfrost is a game that prides itself in its own immersive experience . . . in more ways than one. --- Deepfrost is an AU that is a crossover of the games Inscryption (by Daniel Mullins) and Decked Out 2 (by Tango Tek). You don't need to know anything about either of these to enjoy this story. If you don't want spoilers for the level design of Decked Out 2 or the layout of Act 2 and some of the overarching lore of Inscryption, I would consider not reading this fic, or at least leaving it for later :]

After Joel finds a stray artic fox behind a trash bin outside his apartment, he takes it home. He soon realizes that it is a hybrid, stuck in its animal form. It's the middle of collage, and Joel works to get the hybrid untransformed, but he starts to gain feelings on the way. Boat boys yayayyy

Thankfully he's not alone, but he is in a lot of trouble, and he needs to figure out a plan to bring them back to human form, while simultaneously dealing with kids along with the other 7 adult hermits. It's been two years since the Entity invaded Hermitcraft. The Hermits have moved on. Sure, the scars are still there, (especially Zedaph's) but they've faded! Season ten is here, and so are two new Hermits! They don't know of the horrors the Entity brought to Hermitcraft, only a bit of what their friends have told them. Joel is one of those new Hermits. He's had a great time! Started building a cyberpunk and Japanese themed base, right near all of his close friends.
