No one knows Madelaine's secret. No one knows who she is besides the fact that she is half-witch, half-vampire. But it was in that moment of misery, she realized Klaus took something from her and she wanted it back. Only thing was - she didn't know where to start and Klaus was dead.

She should have known that jumping into the void would screw her up. Being the hero never worked for her but it was ironic, wouldn't it?
