This was a project that we had to do in English... And I decided to post it cause I'm actually kinda proud of it lolol. I wrote this entire story and unfortunately it is not fiction. This is all real life accounts from well... my life.

Being different is always a struggle for most of us. Some take it better than others. What would happen if you didn't accept it though? What if you were the odd ball out of your group? Where would life take you? This is going to be a short KakaNaru story that was inspired by TheLastBroadCast. After reading something that happened in her life, it got me to ponder about my life as well. You can say this story might be inspired by my personal life. Take it as you see it. *Warning xFamos-_ doesn't not own anything in reference to Naruto/ Naruto Shippuden.*

Every time I tried to talk about what women still face, a man interrupted me - with his story, with his pain, with his but what about... This isn't just a book. It's a voice reclaimed. A collection of thoughts I was too tired to finish out loud. Of gender wars started over everyday conversations. Of moments where I wanted to scream the truth, but instead, smiled and stayed silent. Let Her is about the space women are still fighting for - to speak, to exist, to not be talked over. If you've ever said "it's fine" when it wasn't, If you've ever been silenced with a smile, This book is yours. Let her speak. Let her finish. Let her finally be heard.

In this song, I wrote about the feelings of worthlessness. I wrote this to express my reaction to experiencing that men have no inherent worth in society. The only way they achieve love or success is under the condition they provide something, that they have to extrinsically subsidize their lack of inherent worth. Otherwise, they will be invisible and left behind. This rigidity in the system can feel dehumanizing and isolating. This system is what causes trauma and pain on both sides. And we keep perpetuating it. The only way forward is to continue dismantling this archaic patriarchal system that has diseased humanity for so long. This will probably take longer than I will be alive. So I have to come to accept my value in this transitional period in society.
