This is a story of loss, love, struggles, and mental illness. I'm telling the whole honest truth about the things I love and lost. This is to help me cope and have an understanding of my journey while having it on paper. I'm trying to document every truth in my life so I will never forget. Here are multiple writings about my life all put together in a jumbled mess. I would be ashamed but to be honest this is who I am. I am bipolar disorganized artist girl from a small town in southwest Arkansas.

Anxiety. The one thing that we all hate, and dread, but it follows us. Like a stalker of some sort. Well, hopefully these tips will help you in arresting your stalker, and calming your anxiety. NOTE: These are mainly tips that I have come up with and/or my therapist has told me about. I have Social Anxiety, GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and I can get very depressed at times because of it. I hope these can help you in some way :) ANOTHER NOTE: I am not a healthcare professional nor and I a psychologist. I am simply stating what helps me and what could help others.

Amber suffers from generalized anxiety, even though she doesn't like to admit it. Her days are full of anxiety and analyzing everything around her. Amber has never really worried too much about her own appearance though, and chooses to ignore vanity altogether. Until her anxiety takes a turn in a new direction, another kind of perfection.
