Ali mendapatkan sut satria daripada ketua teras MATA iaitu Ejen Zain, Ejen Djin, Ejen Dayang dan Ejen Ganz (btw dalam cerita Djin tak belot MATA dan ejen Aliya tak meninggal dunia). Pada hari misi pertama Ali selepas Academy MATA di baik pulih Ali mendapat telefon dari ayahnya DR. Ghazali (ayah Ali tahu yang bini dia ngan anak dia tu ialah seorang ejen) bahawa Dato Othman ingin membawa Ali dan ayahnya ke Dubai dan France untuk project yang besar dan Ali tepaksa mengikut perintah ayahnya. Semasa dia di luar negara dia mendapat accident yang menyebabakan dia mendapat amnesia dan melupakan siapa dia dan siapa mak dan ayah dia. Alicia dan General Rama menjalinkan cinta terlarang

It has been 2 years since an ordinary 12 year old Ali accidentally & unintentionally activated I.R.I.S. which is known as the Infinity Retinal Intelligence System and can be misused if it fell into the wrong hands. To prevent it, MATA, a hidden organization was forced to recruit once a clumsy & uncapable Ali as he was dragged from his ordinary life into a chaos life of being an agent, defeating super-villains that threatened the safety of Cyberraya. But things gets in the way, as a new mission, both impossible & life-threatening awaits our trio. At the same time, as Ali got older & matured, his feelings for Alicia got increasingly higher. This will soon become a distraction, causing the mission to be a failure as Ali has to deal with the consequences. Ali's mistake somehow caused the trust between Ali & MATA to be broken, ended up being caught in a dilemma of either quiting the organization or being sent to MATA Indonesia Academy, which he is given the chance to complete his training to prove that he is worthy to be the one using I.R.I.S. However, this initial training will last for 6 years as he is strictly probihited to enter his homeland unless he completed the training offered. Most of the story will be setting in the future as he will be justify for his mistake, ended up becoming a super-agent & had to cope with his teenage life. He then was transferred to the MATA International Academy which most of his old friends will be transferred as well, that includes his old rival, friend & soon to be his love interest that is Alicia Kheng herself.

In this story, Ali is now 15 years old, 3 years after the fight of Niki or Mission Neo. The Chief Pillars give Ali a second chance to serve M.A.T.A again but his not be able to used the prototype device called I.R.I.S. Now, he's back for being a agent but his still not improving and failing mission everytime. So, His starting to doubt and question himself. Is to "Change".
