This book is told in a way of fiction, and non fiction. It tells the horrors that Indigenous peoples go through everyday, the hate crimes, the police brutality, the treaty breaking. It shows the movement of MMIW, how native women are a target in Canada and America. How native children are a target for bullying and kidnapping. This book shows the truth, not only for this generation and future generations.. but for past generations who never got to tell their story.
