An epic conflict between Oscorp's drones and the authorities takes place while Mary Jane and Agent DeWolff try to construct a device that will pinpoint the location of the bomb. Meanwhile, Spider-Man finds himself in a brutal and vicious struggle with Zoltan Amadeus who has transformed himself into a horrible creature called the Arachnoid. After killing this evil man, the wall crawler heads towards his final destiny: a confrontation with the man who murdered his aunt, Harry Osborn.

As a boy, I was entertained and inspired by stories that featured his courage, unselfishness and most of all, his heart. Spider-Man never gives up. He never quits. No matter how bad things get, he always gets back up and keeps trying. These amazing stories give people hope. They make us believe that things can get better if we just hold on a little longer and never lose hope. There is great power in having hope. The Spider-Man fan fiction stories that I am writing are dedicated to all of the True Believers out there. The dreamers. All of the people that refuse to give up hope. All of the people that believe in the possibility of a better world. Stories have the power to inspire people and give them faith in something bigger than just themselves. Stories can give people the strength to believe in ideas like freedom, peace and justice. It is important to believe in something. I believe in good.

The end of life as we know it didn't start with a bang. There was no splitting of the earth nor were there aliens or zombies or anything mythical like that. No, the end of the human race began in politics. The fresh faced new candidates, Daniel and Camille Pierce took the world by storm. Their preaching of a new path won them the 2048 presidential election by a land slide. What they had preached was good. What they truly intended on doing however, was not. There will be no more criminal trails. No more freedom of speech. No more reelections. Life as everyone knew it was over. It is the year 2071 and society is now on its knees. And It is up to Generation X too keep order.

Everyone here is a survivor, as of exactly 30 years ago the home of the infamous X-Men was destroyed. Only a few survived, and the ones who did fled into the normal world. The ones who survived found love, made families. We found you in hospitals, schools, mental hospitals, out on the street, in loving homes. We want to make it clear to you that we are in no way here to hurt you. We are here to save you. The normal world is not safe for mutants, especially ones who are just learning how to control their abilities like you. You have to trust us when we tell you that we are the good guys here. As I said before, there isn't a lot more of you since the attack happened 30 years ago, so our success is dependent on you, your persistence, ambitious, willing to lead and become a stronger mutant. In a world where when you turn 25 you turn into a Kanda, a human like monster, it's cause is due to genetic engineering, scientists tried to create a vaccine for cancer that they injected to every pregnant women to wipe it out from the next generation, Generation X. Most people are taken away for testing when they're 18, but if you hide you can avoid it.

An enduring saga of a young girl, an obscure family heritage, and her identity deprived peers. As they all confront the bleak eventualities of their lives, they ultimately interpret the world as being whatever they choose to see it as. Thus persevering through their own realities; whether it's foundations be based on mere childhood fantasy, or the reality of inner city adolescent life.
