They got sick of looking for them. So they decided to create them. Using us, of course. And when I say us I mean blonde, blue eyed, females ages 16-20. Yes, they were using children in their sick twisted experiments. Painful and life taking experiments. They steal us from birth and run tests on us until we're old enough for them to start their real fun. They put us in sense consuming tanks, only to take us out five minutes later and dunk us into sense inducing cubes. It hurts like hell. But then, 16 years, they take our legs. And they replace them. We are, genetically enhanced underwater beings. Also known as: Mermaids. You can run, but you can't hide forever... [Plot from @McNugget-Supreme "Some Book Ideas"]

This is a story that is science fiction and involves Outerspace. Like most Red Rising fans, I'm itching for Pierce Brown's next book to be published. So much so that I plopped down and penned my own story in his kick-ass world. Stained Gold unfolds twenty-six generations into the future after humanity has spread out amongst the stars and went to war. Let me know what you think. Hail Reaper!

Annie Willow is in for experimentation. A punishment for wanting to leave the house, and finally see the outside world she's never experienced. She's never seen the flowers bloom, the clouds float through the sky, or the leaves bristle on the branches of a tree. Now she's been caught by the ruthless government who rules her home, who can dispose of her just as they would like. Annie is nothing but another guinea pig to their experiments. Read as events twist and turn, taking a whole different path. There's no time for love and caring, but somehow they manage to squeeze their way into lives of prisoners. What was just supposed to be a trial for breaking the law, will rise a whole army of people like her own, to fight against genetically enhanced people that can lift trucks with their pinkies. Who will win? It doesn't matter, because there's no going back home, and no one to go home to.

After the American Zombie Outbreak of 2020 rocked the United States, the government was forced to take action to protect the country's citizens. All Americans were evacuated to the east and west coasts in order to contain most of the infection in the center of the country. Natalie McCullough was one of the teenagers who found themselves strapped to a lab table inside the Factory, a facility created to manufacture super soldiers to destroy the undead. She is given a barcode tattoo along with a new identity: Subject Number 67. What the scientists at the Factory failed to realize was that human slayers had minds of their own, and when 67 escaped into the world, she found nothing was as the government made it seem. It made her question who she should fear more: the living, or the undead.
