I was only 4 when my mother went back to work for Overwatch, keeping me as her secret from the people she worked with. I was 8 when they lowered her casket within the Overwatch Memorial Grounds after it's fall - my presence finally unearthed. My existence now known. Now 16, I sit before the people she tried so hard to keep me from. I sit before these ex-heroes, her friends. What was it that she tried so hard to keep me from? Overwatch is on a mission to break into the Talon forces and capture whatever they have been keeping, and whatever it was, it was sending out signals for help. The team was able to get in, but only for a short time. It's up to the Shimada brothers, Genji and Hanzo, to make a quick stop to wherever the signal came from. What happens when the one signaling help holds something greater that they both understand? What would happen if the one signaling help holds the key to something more ancient than they realize?

Genji needs healing.

A reader-insert fic I'm dedicating to my friend- (Y/n) is a manga artist living in the Shimada-controlled Hanamura, and after having a rather suspicious guy rant his heart to her despite the fact that they were utter strangers, she's curious and looking to be friends. There's a chance of something more happening, however. Takes place before Hanzo and Genji had their sibling fight. Sorry if it's bad, but I'm trying to improve my writing. After being sent on two different missions which were far apart from each other, Angela and Genji never really drifted apart. They stuck together like they were never separated. They wrote letters, sent pictures, talked on the phone when they had the chance. Their relationship was as strong as steel. Stronger than anything really. And after learning they'd soon return to HQ, their love was about to hit a huge growth spurt. A growth so big it would out stand a thousand sky scrapers.

When the old members of Overwatch go to Winston's workshop in Watchpoint Gibraltar, they are met with a surprise when a Talon army arrives at their doorstep. I do not own Overwatch or the characters nor do I claim to own them.
