"Ew, him?" Ariel gasped in disbelief. We looked ahead at the kid with dark brown hair who wore a hood over his head. "Yeah! That's Jay. Isn't he cute?" I smiled eagerly at my friend while still paying attention to the kid who was beside a tall dark-skinned boy. The tall boy was the only person I had ever seen him with and it seemed as though it was his only friend. "Uhm. No?" My best friend replied. I looked at him sideways this time as if looking at him from a different angle might change anything. "I guess you're right. But he's kinda cute though," I said dismissively before turning back to my food tray which contained a dry burger that looked about as appetizing as a pile of dog shit. I pushed the tray away on the table and continued to talk to Ariel who enjoyed her nice homemade lasagna. ._._._. One would think that finding their soulmate would mean that everything was perfect in a relationship. It's not... Actually, wouldn't the fact that it wasn't perfect mean that the person wasn't actually your soulmate? My name is Daileny and I think I've found my soulmate. He's perfect - to me at least. But as time goes on, I feel like I'm beginning to see all the things wrong with my relationship. This is my story of how I met my soulmate and how I continue to struggle to keep believing that he is in fact my soulmate.

wow, okay, wow. this story has been my pride and joy for the past year and a half. i'm at seventeen thousand words and five chapters, but i've only included two chapters in this sneak peek of my wip. i'm so proud of this and i've developed a really strong relationships with not only my fictional characters but other writers as well, and i'm finally exposing it to the light of day by submitting it to the genre contest 2019. thank you for reading; have an awesome day.

This sample will show you what the setting and characters will be like along with giving a vague look into the plot of my actual book which will be altered quite a bit. The real book is in the process of being written and will be published on Wattpad in 2020. Keep watch for updates on the book! The summary below will most likely stay the same. In the 2040s, a gene is found among newborns that give them each a unique ability that manifests in their teenage years. The world saw that they were different, and labeled them as a threat. From that point on, they were known as aberrations, unwanted mistakes. The government hired hunters to find aberrations and bring them to containment where they would be eliminated. Rose Wilson, a seemingly normal teenage girl, discovers she is an aberration. When an aberration detection mechanism is released, Rose finds herself and several friends in a bad situation. Together, they go on a mission to change the worlds opinion of their kind while trying to survive the enemies they had made. One hunter in particular was especially hard for Rose to avoid. Aiden Levinson was hired as a hunter so he could avenge his parents who were allegedly killed by an aberration. When Aiden meets Rose, his beliefs about her kind are challenged, and he begins to doubt his place as a hunter. As Rose and her friends race to survive and to make a difference and Aiden must choose between his past beliefs and current realizations, their future is an uncertainty to be unfolded.

New summery: Picture this: You attend to a new school, it has great education and one of the best top five. Apparently you're a loner, can't make friends. The students drowns in ocean of gossip which it's about you. It didn't bothered you since the teachers gives you an extra attention, and fills the void of loneliness. You live alone with Leonardo, your young brother. Everything was going great until you were trapped in a house full of so mysterious deadly teachers. The following goes you try to escape this madness with Leo, but the innocent boy befriends one of yandere and convinces you, (Y/N) to stay with him. This journey is risky, one mistake one innocent student dies. And, so on. Old summery: When (Y/N) attended to a new school, she was surrounded by loneliness, but her teachers were her only friend's. Apparently she caught of five of them. And, each of them all have one goal, the goal is to claim her. By force or killing innocent students. The teachers have unhealthy love interest for her, Leonardo/Leo, her younger brother warned her about them, but (Y/N) is too blinded to believe her brother imaginary thought. Will she be trapped by her teachers? Is Leo gonna survive or gonna be the target?
