The Queen of the Waters, Sangonomiya Kokomi appoints Y/N to go ashore and retrieve the Scepter. She tells him that The Kingdom of Liyue is hosting a banquet to search for potential spouses for Prince Xiao, and that Y/N should take the chance to take back the Scepter. In order to do this, Y/N must disguise himself as a female, and attend the banquet.
