Hello, My name is Alcatraz. For undisclosed reasons I am cannot disclose my real name. But aside from that, I am here to bring you on a journey with me to create 365 Poems to Suppress the Evil Inside of Us. One poem for each day, to quell the anger, the depression, the sadness, and the hatred inside of us. You will see common trends within these poems such as the use of kindness, compassion, love, and gentleness. This was inspired by the pain that I have also felt in my past, the decisions that I have made, and the hatred I hold myself. Some of these are mainly for depression, anxiety, anger, and other negative emotions. So....let's go heal ourselves through the writings within this title.

You are my shield, my strength, my mentor, my love and my everything you brought me into this world fulfilling me with unconditional love and care. Now you left, am i okay?
