Set in Cornwall, England in 1787, a miner's daughter meets an unusual man who does curious things and works wonder. She soon finds out that he was a doctor for the British during the American Revolution and the things that haunt him. Will she open up to him? Will they fall for each other? I guess you will just have to read along to find out.
