Natalia and Mark eventually found their way back to each other, this time choosing to build a real life together. Throughout her career, Natalia grew into a confident and highly skilled surgeon. She made mistakes, lost patients, and sometimes questioned herself, but she learned that being an extraordinary surgeon didn't mean being perfect.
