In the summer of 1536, Ophelia Cherzie, daughter of James Cherzie is forced to go to court to procure a better chance of marriage then her lover of low class, George Villiers. She had been invited by the Tudor Court by Jane Seymour, in preparation of her becoming the new queen. As a Catholic, Ophelia had never been keen to be surrounded by devout Protestants as she knew the danger of slipping up and dying a fatal death for hinting towards your true faith. Thomas Moore was a key example of that and Ophelia wasn't prepared for that.
