Clay had been closeted all his life and planned for it to remain that way. But, with having homophobic parents it was seemingly impossible to ever find the happiness he longed for. After being outed to the only people he now disliked the most, his parents react worse than expected and Clay falls into a pit of loneliness when he gets sent to conversion therapy to "turn him straight again". George had homophobic parents too and goes through the same. When times are at its worst somehow these two meet each other and now they are isolated from reality in the therapy school. This is my first book, I work alone so it may have bad spelling, bad usage of words, and of course horrible grammar. Please leave some comments in which I can improve. This story is based on Clay (Dream) who wants to become a psychologist but has some past that puts in end to it all.

Clay hosts a birthday party for all the finest royals to attend to. Many women confess, some even trying to get touchy with clay. He couldn't find one he actually cared about. Until he escapes to his rose garden in the middle of winter, snow surrounding it.

While battling the thoughts of falling in love with Dream, and wondering who he is and what he looks like, George keeps having realistic dreams about Dream, wondering if Dream is having a similar situation to him.

George is cancer free after a long battle full of chemotherapy and surgeries at his fourteenth. He starts living his life again, goes back to school and hangs out with his friends and family to appreciate all the small things in life as his leg starts hurting again... Clay is grieving because his mother passed away from lymphoma, a cancer type that's running in his family. With barely anyone around him who can comfort him while grieving, he also needs to deal with his severe anxiety coming from emetophobia, his extreme fear of throwing up. But then the worst thing happens... just as Clay gets diagnosed with blood cancer, George gets diagnosed for the second time with bone cancer. Clay's fear is so big that he doesn't know how to go on and George doesn't know if he can fight this battle a second time...
