George knew that he had a hard time placing the smell of mint from the love potion... it was a strange and strong smelling mint that he couldn't place until the curly-haired Gryffindor laughed when he was leaning in close to his face. The smell of spearmint but not the natural kind. The kind that came out of that muggle tube that Hermione always rubbed on her teeth. it came washing over him and made him lost in thought. He looked at Fred and whispered, "Mint, Freddie. It's mint." This is my mainly George and Hermione fan fiction that begins with Order of the Phoenix timeline and I'm not sure when it'll end. Her most recent memory is Fred coming back to life in the Battle of Hogwarts. Years prior, George Weasley struggles to come to terms with the way he feels about Hermione Jean-the brightest witch of her age. This story follows two, parallel timelines. In the first, Hermione struggles to find her place in a world built by a different version of herself. In the other, George traverses before, during, and after the Wizarding War, finding himself more and more drawn to the most dedicated witch he knows. Too bad she's in love with his brother. Rated T. Some choose to accept this and try to make things better, such as Headmaster McGonogall who will be opening Hogwarts and allowing all previous seventh years to return and get their final year at Hogwarts back. Others can't seem to find their previous selves and can't seem to find their happiness, such as Hermione Granger, whose parents' bodies were found two weeks after infamous Voldemort was killed by Harry Potter. In an attempt to get a normal life back, Hermione reluctantly goes back to Hogwarts with her friends and discovers all those things she could've done if Voldemort wasn't around. But what happens when it seems time repeats itself? What happens if dark magic reoccurs and nobody knows why? Oh well, the Golden Trio will save the world again. Perhaps.
