Weeks before PRIDEs big gala and before the Runaways run away, a young rich, ambiverted, girl discovers she has Cryokinetic powers. She tries to figure out exactly how and why she received them, and at the same time, she has to cope with the fact that her parents and her friends parents are homicidal criminals of PRIDE.

Nico Minoru, Gert Yorkes, Molly Hayes and Alex Wilder were best friends. They were those kids who no one knows about their existence. Karolina Dean was the most popular girl in Atlas Academy. She was dating the captain of the lacrosse team, Chase Stein and her best friend was Eiffel Campbell, just another rich girl. Nico had a crush on Karolina, but the blonde have never really talked to her. They were in the senior year, and 2 months before their graduation they were going to camp with the other seniors. Luckily for Nico, she was in the same tent as Karolina, and that was her chance to get to know her crush better.

No one wants to believe that their parents are bad people, but evidently they all have something to hide. Now those people, she had grown to resent had to reunite and solve the mysteries of their parents behind the scenes. However, forgiving would seem to be the biggest puzzle to solve and it was seemingly impossible as secrets that they were hiding from each other are uncovered. Estella Yorkes was a quiet shy girl growing up with her twin sister Gert and her parents.
