all of this writing is based on my life, and mainly my struggles. i've always found it very difficult to explain to others what i'm going through or what goes through my mind, so i thought that doing this here could open up my mind just a tad bit, or help me out. i'm doing this for my personal benefit, it could maybe even help out another person; to let them know that they're not alone, to show others what NOT to do in their high school years, and maybe just to get some answers. read at your own cost.

I wrote this originally for a health class project months ago, as it is a letter to someone who is suffering an eating disorder. However, when I rediscovered it recently while going through my schoolwork, I figured that it could be of service to someone. And so I decided to release it to the public. My hopes are that if you are encountering similar events to what occurs in this passage, maybe this story could help you put together the pieces that may have been under your nose the entire time. In addition, there are resources mentioned that could be of assistance to an eating disorder patient, despite the fact that they are specific to where I live. Lastly, never dismiss any potential red flag of an eating disorder: the earlier on you recognize it, the easier it is to stop it.
