I am writing this book because I'm in the pit, I'm stuck, and my comfort zone became my prison. Have you felt hopeless? Or just tired of the same process you are going through? I've felt that too. I am feeling that right now. I feel these burdens on my shoulders, chaos in my head and doubts in my heart. I predominantly think how messy I am and I wish I could do one single thing that is right in the sight of God. I miss Him, you know. That's why I made this book. The heart, often referred to as the cardio, can feel burdened and painful when overwhelmed. This heaviness causes it to pump rapidly and exhaustively, as if lamenting a life that seems to lack purpose. This book explores the heart that speaks out until it can no longer bear the pain. It delves into the emotions that drive us to express our deepest feelings, even when it feels overwhelming.

Hadapi kekurangan anda dan akui itu, tetapi jangan membiarkannya menguasai anda. Biarkan ia mengajarkan kepada anda kesabaran dan pengertian. -Hellen Keller- Hidupku berubah 100% saat dokter memberikan berbagai macam vonis penyakit pada tubuhku. Awalnya, aku begitu tertekan dan khawatir dengan masa depanku. "But, it's not times to give up. It's time to get up."

This is just a little poem that's kinda to just say not to let life get you down. after all, everyone has hard times and bad days, and life is to short to waste.
