.دەڵێن خەونەکان تەنها ڕەنگدانەوەی خەیاڵن، بەڵام بۆ من... دەروازەیەک بوون بۆ جیهانێک کە پڕ بوو لە بێدەنگی و بەردی سپی. من غەزەل، کچێکی ئاساییم کە لە تەمەنی حەڤدە ساڵیدا خۆم لە ناوەڕاستی نهێنییەکی کۆنی خێزانییدا دۆزییەوە. سندوقێکی دارینی قفڵکراو و دەفتەری یادەوەرییەکانی باپیرم، پێیان گوتم کە ئەو شوێنەی هەموو شەوێک لە خەونەکانمدا دەیبینم، خەیاڵ نییە... بەڵکو نیشتمانی ڕاستەقینەی ئێمەیە! ئایا غەزەل دەتوانێت ڕووبەڕووی ئەو چارەنووسە ببێتەوە کە ساڵانێکە خێزانەکەی لێی ڕادەکەن؟ و یاسای ئەو جیهانە نوێیە چییە کاتێک دەروازەی ئۆپال دەکرێتەوە؟

In other words, this anthology constitutes my exercise in emotional and psychological enrichment through poetry for the sake of both the self and the academy (all of the poems were written for a college course), and each composition is a singularity capsule with their particular, open-ended purposes without any interconnected meaning behind them.

Annabel started out as a comment on another poet's work, and that poet suggest I post it; I did. Now, it has taken many forms and I thought it best to keep track of this evolution of a poem in one collection, I hope you enjoy it.

Yai Har adhuri mohabbat ki daastan hai jisse maine apne lafzon mein bayaan krne ki koshish ki, ummid krta hun aapko pasand aayegi. Yai dil naa ummidi kaa maara hai, Ab jaane do yai khud apni aas sai haara hai. Gilaa kru bhi to kisse kru gham-e-dil ka, duniya bhar ko hum keh bethe the wo sirf hamara hai. Koi humein to kya barbad krta, hume to apni hi zid ne maara hai. Yai dil Jo tere bichadne k khyaal sai bhi darta tha, Usne bhi aaj tuje bhul jaane ki duaain mangi hai. Ab ishq k aalam mein kya hota hai hum kya batlaaye, Khair Yai bimaari to poore shaher bhar mein jaari hai. -Adnan

ठीक है ख़ुद को हम बदलते हैं शुक्रिया मश्वरत का चलते हैं हो रहा हूँ मैं किस तरह बरबाद देखने वाले हाथ मलते हैं है वो जान अब हर एक महफ़िल की हम भी अब घर से कम निकलते हैं क्या तकल्लुफ़ करें ये कहने में जो भी ख़ुश है हम उस से जलते हैं है उसे दूर का सफ़र दर-पेश हम सँभाले नहीं सँभलते हैं तुम बनो रंग तुम बनो ख़ुश्बू हम तो अपने सुख़न में ढलते हैं मैं उसी तरह तो बहलता हूँ और सब जिस तरह बहलते हैं है अजब फ़ैसले का सहरा भी चल न पड़िए तो पाँव जलते हैं
