Soap hears a confession Ghost didn't think he was awake to hear, and the two sort out their feelings while Ghost takes care of Soap after his injury.

Ghost is forced to reject and distance himself from Soap due to fraternizing rules, this results in Soap getting really upset and taking suicide missions, but somehow surviving them in hopes it would pull Ghost back to him, either through a promotion or sheer determination. - - - - - Chapters follow the song "Little Lion Man" by Mumford & Sons This is my first time actually trying to write something, please be patient with me. I do not have a very elaborate plan for this. May or may not forget about this, have a feeling someone will remind me though.
