It was the radiation from the war that made the human race become two different races. The Hunters, and the Speed-runners. Hunters are known to be collective, calm, caring, and above of human. They took half of the population, while also being gifted with strange abilities. The Speed-Runners or SR are know for being blood thirsty, psychopathic, monsters that won't stop at nothing to see the world burn. They are cold, and very deadly. To keep the balance, the Government made a game almost that at the age of ten every child must test to see if they are, A Hunter, or A Seed-runner, and what your test results will determine if you will always be on the run as a speed-runner, or live a gran life as a hunter.
