One Halloween night, Mōri Ran notices some strange things about her dear pseudo-brother, Conan Edogawa. In this night, he was very weird looking, with his usual suit torn, and his unkept bowtie dangling on his neck. He was even wet, like he was soaked in the rain, even though Ran was sure that it was not raining. Worse, he doesn't act like his usual self. Ran tried to find out what happened to Conan Edogawa and why he is like that, but she hopes she rather did not. What happened to Conan?
