One-shot. Ghost Hunt AU. Ayako is a nurse at a major hospital. Bou-san is a bassist in a band. Both work the night shift. They meet as neighbors living in the same apartment complex. This was written for the 2020 Ghost Hunt Fanworks Weekend. I selected the prompt neighbors who only meet because "I can't get this stupid jar open, can you help?"

Mai is facing the problems that come with dating an arrogant narcissist (who's actually just shy), but debunking the haunting of an old hospital used for sport by the locals might not be the best place for that. Oh, and beware of asbestos. Sequel to Cumin BUT can be read on its own.

Will the team be able to contain the raging hormones from going on in this job or will they lose Juliet to a severe ghost whose out for her life?

Sequel to White, but can be read on its own. Mai and Naru have a blissful honeymoon planned with no haunting, no ghosts, no tales of murder, and definitely no monsters. But things can only go so good for so long, and this time they are without Naru's trusted tech or any of their friends. They're on their own, and there's no promise of a happily ever after.
