"The Lost Village" is a horror story told in first person, where the protagonist and a group of friends go to a haunted village, in hopes of proving the stories of the spirits wrong.

Chris calls his cousin Jenna to his house because he is dying and wants her to have the house when he does pass. Jenna finds out that Chris was married and that his wife supposedly 'killed herself' a year ago. Did his wife really kill herself? Will Chris be reunited with his wife? *I wrote this story for my gothic narrative assignment for my English class and since it had to be typed I decided to post it.

***What you are about to read is based on true events*** *THIS BOOK IS IN PROGRESS* Ghosts are real. Demons are real. And one is attached to me. Ouija boards are nothing to mess around with. The spirit world is more horrifying than one can imagine. After playing with an Ouija board at a sleepover, I began noticing strange, unexplainable occurrences. Lights would flicker on and off, doors would slam shut in the middle of the night. I no longer felt alone. These things became a part of my daily life. No more did they frighten me. That is until the occurrences got progressively more demonic and terrorizing. I now fear for my life and live prisoner in my own home. This entity is attached to me and I don't know how to make it stop.
