So what happens when a house on Jamie's road catches his attention, or does it have something to do with the mystery woman on the balcony that has Jamie so fascinated with the old house. When curiosity finally brings Jamie to the front door of the house, does it answer his questions or does it leave him even more heart broken than he was before.

Boo! After forgetting to do his research paper, Ian Webster is lucky enough to come across the ghost of the former president Richard Nixon. But will the interview shed some light on the Watergate scandal or who really runs the United States government?
