An idea I thought of while I was scrolling through my photos was soap is in a hospital After a tragic mission gone wrong

Soap is thrown into a whirlwind of confusing emotions when the new guy, ' Ghost ', joins the team, little does he know however Ghost is feeling those same sudden feelings. ( This is a fun little fanfic I'm making because ive finished the MW2 campaign, and i loved the two of them so much, the story may not be exactly accurate but it's just for fun, I'm also writing it because i couldnt find a ghostxsoap fanfic that suited my taste, there wasnt many in the smut department and so I've took it upon myself to write something more to my tastes, i dont honestly mind if people read it, its more for myself than others anyway, but I've decided to share it, so please enjoy :) )

Soap is very secretive and definitely defensive when it comes to privacy but Ghost can't help himself but discover more about this Cupit that he fucking hates. or is that even the real story here? :) warning:

this story is about Soap x Ghost, also yes you, COD fan boys get over it, people been Shipping them since 2009 so anyways this story takes place in mw2[yes I play COD] in the mission alone

Every chapter can be read as an one shot unless stated differently at the start of a chapter. There is progression of feelings over the chapters. Ghost lost his childhood, he never got to be a kid and Soap does everything to give it back to him. Ghost never had the opportunity to play tag with his parents, the only tag he ever played was with the enemy that either wanted to kill him or the other way around. Ghost never got to build a pillow fort and lay on a soft blanket. Ghost never got to be childish or careless. Soap decided to change that. or Ghost finally experiences tenderness and fun.

It was a normal day for that task force. Everything was going well. Until ghost slipped up on a secret. This slip up ends up putting the whole team in danger ⚠️ mentions of sh, blood, poison, death

Ghost and Soap has been dating for a long time but unbeknownst to Ghost, Soap has been hiding a secret from Ghost all this time, being afraid Ghost might run away.
