Mary Thornwell grew up living next door to a giant. A childhood friendship between them was stripped apart when he was diagnosed as a young child with the extremely rare condition known as gigantism. An incurable genetic disorder that could grow the victim to heights surpassing thirty metres in the most extreme cases. Theodore Ryan was one of those extreme cases. Mary hadn't spoken to him in years, seeing his looming form only from a distance as he moved across his parents' 150 acres of land. He was like a fairytale, the mysterious being only part of local folk stories in their small rural town of Springbrook. That is until in her second last year of High School, when Mary hears news that their school is under prompt renovations to introduce a new student. And it turns out this school year is going to be more interesting than she ever could have anticipated.

Surviving can be difficult when you're only a few inches tall. Fanged beasts see you as their prey, every creature is bigger than you, and the world seems to work against small things. Not to mention the struggles of getting from place to place... but the worst of it all? Humans. Once a year, every year, summer sweeps over the forest. The sun warms the leaves and the damp melts away until the world of the Winged flourishes. Those warm months are when survival becomes the hardest. Drawn by the beauty of the forest, humans of all kind invade the already dangerous home of the small Winged people. Fear of these monsters is shared throughout the tribes. One sacred piece of advice is known: avoid humans at all costs. They know only how to destroy and hurt. ___ Despite the protests of her close friend, Azure accepts a mission that takes her from the safety of her tribe. Things begin well despite her trepidation of the approaching summer months. That is, until she falls right into the hands of the very creatures she feared. ___ Completed! This is a collection of stories I wrote during my mid-teenage years up until my college graduation, whose tales center around the trope of coexistence and struggle between humanity and entities of extraordinary height or minuscule scale. In darker not so distant times, monsters ruled the land. They hunted the dark. They swallowed villages whole. No village was safe. No traveler dared walk after dusk. Humanity lived in the shadow of fear-until the Colossus appeared, giants among the land who rose and drove the horrors back with their strength and shimmering magic. In gratitude, The Choosing was born, a ritual of service and submission for the Colossus. Each year, a handful of names are called. Most return home. Some do not. Much depends on which Colossus family presides-some take out of greed, others for duty alone. One thing is known, and it is the ancient Amdir, known for mercy above all, almost always return those they select, never bringing them away from the borders of the towns. Galen, a quiet apothecary with a bad leg and a talent for calming brews, has lived a peaceful, unnoticed life, preferring to remain overlooked, and has always trusted in the mercy of the Colossus. He tends herbs, minds his work, and raises his ward, Lira-a girl prone to nightmares and fainting spells, one he would protect with his last breath. With his young ward, Lira, he dwells at the forest's edge, rising early to gather herbs and hoping each day passes as quietly as the last. That is until The Choosing. When Galen's name is called at The Choosing, he steels himself for sacrifice. When Lira's is called moments later, his world unravels. Reasons as to why they were chosen arise, and long kept secrets are soon revealed.

This is a story of a 25 year old gray wolf anthro scientist, Bruce Bennett/Wulk(Alternate Universe of Legoshi) both voiced by Jonah Scott, who was raised with love and compassion instead of rage and tragedy, who willingly chose to be hit with gamma rays that are non agonizing. Wulk's appearance is at 15ft tall with green fur and green eyes, and having two upper fangs as short and thick sabertooth and muscular with 8 pack abs, but still very gentle to innocent people, humans and anthros. And also be very intimidating to bad guys and evildoers. He has a youngest human 19 year old brother figure/Investigative Journalist named Kenny MacMellan(Gil McKinney), the baby brother to older Nick MacMellan(Andrew Lawrence) mechanic and oldest Jesse MacMellan(Aaron Paul) chemist. Their father is Isaac MacMellan(Gunner Wright) high school geography teacher and mother is Mia MacMellan(Uma Thurman) female martial artist. Bennett's mentor is Bruce Banner/Hulk(Eric Bana) and his human father figure is a tough but compassionate General named Robert Nye(Christian Bale).

Orphaned at a young age, the giant mutant Rummager spends her time lurking near the abandoned airport. Though she has no use for the planes left slowly rotting away, the airport is a relatively safe place for her to stay. There is much open space, enough grotesque hunting seabirds to sustain her hunger, and no other sapient life for miles. This is Rummager's territory and no one else's.
