Part of it was out of fear, but the other part came from a bold, reckless side of her. 'I'm G-Grace.' Aaden smiled. 'That's a beautiful name. Nice to meet you, Grace.'"

She wants her nephew with him, but he brings Arrietty along so she can learn that Borrowers are real in the short time she has left. I know I said I would keep Alternate Arrietty as a one-shot. But this seems like a natural continuation of that fic. Sadako, Sho's aunt in the movie, is elderly during its events. So with enough time passing that Sho and Arrietty are young adults, I feel that Sadako would be in declining health.
