Emily Wilson has been an NCIS agent with Leroy Jethro Gibbs for a long time. She joined not long after him. Before that, she served as a marine alongside him in Desert Storm. They've been through a lifetime of things together. Fast forward. They have now been working together for almost two decades. They are best friends. They are each other's first person to turn to. As they continue to work together and continue their friendship, feelings start to grow between them that both Emily and Gibbs try to deny. Rule 12 has always been sacred between them. What is going to happen if lines start to blur? What is going to happen between the lines?
