One day, a tall, dark-haired woman appears at Will's cabin. She claims to have lost something in the woods, and, fearing a boar in the area, she asks the Rangers to retrieve it for her. But who is this woman, and what secrets does she hide? Soon after, Will and Maddie are sent on a new mission: Baron Farrell of Caraway has been murdered. Who killed Farrell? This is Halt in the Ruins of Gorlan. Focus is on Halt, with some Will & Halt bonding, but more Halt & Gilan, Halt & Pauline and definitely more Halt & Crowley.

Halt was banished, and that led to a lot of bad things beginning to happen, starting with Foldar, Crowley, Horace and Gilan.

When Halt is captured one night and taken from Castle Araluen, he has no idea that it's a test. But things go badly wrong, very badly wrong, and neither can do anything to prevent anything getting worse. But it still gets worse.

Addiane found her life to be comfortable enough. She may not have known her family, but she was fed and taken care of by those she lived with. She rarely feared for her life, and she was being taught valuable life lessons by those around her. Of course, training to be a Dragon Rider under the Shadeslayer himself, the first proper Rider in a long time, was a major bonus. Sooo. .. my first fanfic! XD This is a fanfic about the book ranger's apprentice, witch is great, from the time when Gilan was Halts apprentice. They are heading for the rangers gathering, but something happends. . (ON HOLD because I am drowning in school work. Sorry. ....)
