The eagles in LOTR don't have much of a purpose besides appearing and saving the day, so this book brings a new race to Middle Earth that has more involvement with them. And one of these characters might possibly come to meet a certain elf, who knows?

They thought the war of the Ring was over. The ring has somehow been recovered by none other than Saruman. Now Sauron and Saruman have the ultimate power and they want the remaining members of the Fellowship for punishment and revenge. Middle-Earth is burning, and only those places ruled by the Elves are safe, and that is where the remaining members of the Fellowship are headed. Legolas also soon finds out that Chun-Li is a hybrid between an elf and a forgotten race. Traveling with Gimli and Aragorn is dangerous, seeing as the Harpies hate everyone except their own kind and elves. However, they aren't so fond of Legolas. What will happen when the Orcs find him? ~•~♢~•~ Ok, this has absolutely nothing to do with the actual storyline. Sorry if I get anything wrong, which I probably very well will. I've never read any of the books and I've only seen the movies once, like a week ago and we lost the first one. So I'll probably get a lot of stuff wrong. It's just a random story since I'm bored.
