In Order of the Phoenix, Ginny Weasley introduces us to Luna Lovegood, a Ravenclaw student in Ginny's year. Throughout the books we get hints that Ginny and Luna are close, but we never really see that relationship up close. Not only do I want to explore that in this fanfiction, but I want to imagine what things might be like if Ginny fell for Luna instead of Harry. I'm new to fanfiction and probably won't spend too much time editing, but I hope you enjoy!

This will take place in their 5th year. This is an AU so most of these characters will be part of the LGBTQ+. The chapters will switch from Ginny to Luna's to Hermione's pov. My writing is gross and total cringe at the beginning but it gets wayyy better I can promise you that. --- It's eighth year at Hogwarts and Harry just can't stand to stay in that dark old house any longer. He goes to school and finds that without a distraction like Voldemort, Harry is becoming obsessed with Draco Malfoy. Draco just seems to be acting off. Draco Malfoy couldn't stand to be at the manor anymore. It only reminded him of what he had become. Of what his family had become while He was there. When he comes back to school for eighth year, he is just falling apart. He tries his best to use his Malfoy Mask™ to hide what's going on, and it works mostly, the only person it doesn't work on is the one person he wishes he could avoid. Harry Potter.
