After Shinya Kogami kills Shogo Makishima, the Sibyl System makes a very different decision and the execution order on Kogami is rescinded. A year later, a criminal who is unable to be detected by the Sibyl system begins to wage war on the MWPSB. Is this another Makishima? How will Division 1 handle the problem? An AU for Psycho-pass Season 2 because it is hard to imagine Psycho-pass without Shinya Kogami. Unit 1 was doing their original routine in catching Makishima. As they were doing their normal routine Shion saw that there was criminals heading to an old abandoned building. So, they left to end these criminals as regular routine. However, they never realized that these criminals were hiding something. Actually hiding someone deep in the building. Who is this person? And why does these criminals want this person? Cover not mine, goes to original owner.
