Lyla comes up as the first and only girl in the glade. She is not one to be trapped anywhere. She will do anything to find a way out. But the gladers are hesitant to allow her to become a runner. While Lyla works to gain their trust, something happens that complicates Lyla's position even more.

I'm in a small box moving upward it's dark and I'm lowkey terrified. I stand up finally catching my balance when the box stop abruptly and I fall again. Groaning in pain as the top of the box opens and I see a familiar face in the crowd.... This is my first fanfic so please be nice and kindly point out any and all errors throughout. This story won't be following the plot of maze runner. Oliver wakes up long before tomas arrives was originally as the first girl Glader. I do NOT own any charter beside oliver nor do I own the maze runner trilogy

Rose doesn't know who she is when she wakes up. Of course, that's perfectly normal for new Gladers. Perfectly normal except for the fact that she's a girl. It might also be a bit odd that another Glader seems to remember her. Which is impossible, right? They did all have their memories wiped. Right? ~~~ Characters (except Rose and a few others), setting, and original story belong to James Dashner.

This story is based on "The maze runner" book not the movies. She wakes up all alone in a box, with no memories of who she is other than her name.

"Dr. Paige" we have a problem. "Subject B6 got placed into the wrong maze" Ava Paige glared at he doctor before her. "We can't go in after her, that would mess with the results of the trial. We will have to wait for her to go into the maze" she answered calmly. Y/n woke up in a strange medal cage with the sun shining bright over her. Once her eyes adjusted she saw a group of twenty boys staring down at her. Over the next month Y/n made the best of her situation, even with no memories she became the light of the glade, even finding love along the way. That was until the maze doors opened for the first time. Y/n volunteered to run the maze as well as three other boys. During her run she got taken by the creatures that lurked through the maze. She woke up in a hospital bed with a boy standing next to her. Thanks to him she was able to make it out of the WICKED compound and she made her way into the scorch. There she met a girl her age, and an older man who took her under her wing. Y/n lived with them in the scorch for three years until one day a group of familiar faces stumbled through the doors.

Y/N is the first and only girl to ever arrive in the glade... She wakes up in a box only to be greeted by a group of teenage boys looking down at her. "It's a girl"... "Is she pretty?"... "I call dibs!!!!"... She heard from the group of teens. When suddenly she realized she had no clue what her name was or anything about her past. Join this story as Y/N forms friendships with the boys in the glade, as well as forming a friendship with a certain blonde-haired boy, with a British accent. Will their relationship turn into something more? Will they find a way out of the maze? (I own none of these characters beside Y/N and James)
