Interrupted or Danganronpa, especially v3, at least the gameplay to have a brief idea of what's going on in terms of plot. The characters here are from all Dangantonpa's the ones I chose personality-wise Btw creation process is still unfinished I have to rewatch the movie to make sure nothing is left forgotten ;)

this story is based on the movie girl interrupted<3 (smut) Lisa x Allanah (female reader) when the new girl, Allanah joins the mental hospital she befriends Lisa a very wild, big mouthed girl. the two of them become very close and unseparable. but susanna, another girl who had an eye on Lisa for a while now gets insanely jealous. Another girl called Noé joins the ward and also becomes very close with the two of them. Allanah, Noé and Lisa are planning an escape so they can travel the world together. But nothing goed according to plan. TW: may contain mental health issues, sh, ed, od, rape
