Eliza Rivers is a 17 year old girl with a love for fashion. She is just about to move to Paris, due to her fathers constant job changes. You would think that her major problem is not knowing where she will end up next, but Eliza’s big concern is that she has the tendency to fall in love with someone new each time she moves. Yes, Eliza has fallen in love so many times that she doesn't realize that the stranger that has just entered her life this time around is her true soul mate.
