Girlranger Stories

Amber has known nothing but pain and suffering ever since her parents died. Taken from a child abuse camp by Lord Morgarath, she soon understands that the life she is to live under his shelter wasn't much better than the one she had escaped from. Determined however to prove her loyalty and gratitude to him, she agrees to going on a mission to kill one of the greatest heroes in Araluen, the famous Ranger Halt. When she finds Halt and his apprentice Will however, she realises that they are nothing like what Moragarth had made them out to be. When she begins to feel love and a sense of belonging for the first time, will Amber be able to continue with her mission and take the life of those who she has begun to care so deeply for? What will happen to the trust they placed on her and the kindness they showed when her true intentions are revealed? Will Amber give in to her conscience and join their side or will she yet again lose another family?

(Y/n) and Will are best friends, they have been since they were as little as 1 year old. The thing that instantly drew them together was their almost identical pasts. (Y/n) mom also died in childbirth, but her father wasn't a warrior, no one told her what he was. They both turned up on the same week and had notes attached to their baskets, but the most prominent thing was that their other yearmates have last names, they don't. ... When they are 15 and choosing day comes around, both are nervous they wont be accepted into as an apprentice to any craftmasters. While Will lacks the strong and burly figure to be a warrior, (Y/n) lacks the elegance and diplomacy to be a successful Courier.
